Terms Of Use Contract Policy

 

By entering our store and leaving your device for the repair you agree to sign for your repair in and out and agree that any damage (done by the customer) after collection will not be covered by the Limited Warranty.

The customer agrees to respect that if you return the device with any drop damage (scratched/cracked screen, screen bleed or any other LCD malfunction) we will not repair the device under the Limited Warranty and full cost must be paid (see “Warranty Policy” section).

Once the customer collects the device if he/she is happy with the repair he/she needs to sign a given form to confirm that. The photo evidence of your repair will be taken as well and held on file for a max of 6 months.

 

 

Warranty Policy

 

The Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Warranty Period is 180 days. During the Warranty Period “Mobile Tech of Swansea” will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of the improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. “Mobile Tech of Swansea” will repair the product using only new/refurbished original parts.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes any damage caused by drops, screen damage (scratches, cracks, screen bleeds, etc.), back glass damage, dents and scratches and, software issues resulted by customer interference and any other types of damage/problem caused by improper use.

 

 

Mobile Phone Screen Bleed Policy 

 

If the customer returns the device with a cracked screen or bleed, the full price will be charged for the repair “Mobile Tech of Swansea” does not cover this under warranty (see “Warranty Policy” section).

The customer accepts that screens do not damage themselves and can only be damaged by miss use or dropping the handset, for example, “dropping on the floor or banging it against something”.

“Mobile Tech of Swansea” is not held responsible for the miss use by the customer once the device has left the store.

 

 

Mobile Phone Unlocking Policy

 

“Mobile Tech of Swansea” will unlock your device and remove FRP lock for the set price for the given device. “Mobile Tech of Swansea” under no means change or repair IMEI blacklisted handsets. If the device is found to be stolen the police will be informed and confiscate the device.

The customer agrees to leave the device for unlocking at the quoted price for a minimum of 24 hours if needed.

 

 

Terms of Loan Handset Policy

 

A loan handset can be provided by “Mobile Tech of Swansea” to the customer through deposit held on file. Any damage to the loan device will be charged to your debit card or paid by cash, PayPal or any other means.

 

 

Other device repairs (consoles, TVs and more)

 

“Mobile Tech of Swansea” will repair all types of devices and cover all parts installed excluding damage or miss use. “Mobile Tech of Swansea” is happy to help with problems after the repair as long as they are returned in the same condition (any damage will not be refunded).
